Radiant floor heating has been around for a very long time. The idea is to heat up the floor so it actually becomes a big radiator. Tubing is placed in the floor in a continuous loop. Hot water is then run through the tubing which heats up the floor. When used in a concrete floor, this is very efficient and cozy.
